DVD Rental Terms and Conditions

Shipping to the customer is included in all pricing. Customer pays return shipping.  For your protection, ship via traceable carrier, such as UPS, Federal Express or Airborne.  Using U.S. Postal Service we recommend priority mail and a traceable return card. The package should be insured for the full cost of the program.  If we do not receive the DVD set back then you agree to pay the full price of the program minus any already paid rental fees. Please call (508) 381-8013 immediately if you wish to keep a rental longer.

Rentals are for an initial period of one month, then 25% of that monthly fee for each additional week.  We will generally ship rentals next business day.  We may place a credit hold on your credit card for the entire amount of the purchase price, or an extra month at any time if the rental is late. 

The full CEO & Entrepreneur Boot Camp set includes the 300 page manual. If you would like to keep this there is an additional charge of $60. You can also print all the slides yourself, instructions to retrieve the slides online are included.

Purchasers and renters obtain no ownership of any intellectual property rights in the materials. The license entitles you to unlimited non-theatrical use (to which no admission is charged) via optical projection, conventional video playback within a single room.  All other uses of this material is prohibited unless special licensing agreements are made with C-Level Enterprises, Inc.  All material in any form is protected by international and U.S. copyright laws.  Purchasers may not rent, loan, advertise, alter, copy, transmit, broadcast or duplicate the materials in whole or in part without specific written permission.

You agree that as soon as the rental is late we will charge your credit card for another month, each month up to the entire purchase price of the program. 

We can not ship rentals to P.O. boxes or addresses outside the U.S. without full payment of the purchase price in advance. You will then receive a credit refund of the appropriate amount upon return.
